Return Policy

  • The Herbalist works hard to deliver the best products and bring ultimate shopping experience to you. However, sometimes because of the scale of operation, a few exceptional cases do happen. If for any reason you do not feel satisfied with the product delivered to you then please get in touch with us for an appropriate resolution.

  • We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items at any time with a receipt.

  • If you feel there is a quality issue with your product, it may be replaced or returned in case you really don’t want it, with a refund process within 15 days of receipt.

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and process your return/replacement/refund at the earliest.

  • In case of missing products or products damaged in transit please inform us within 2 business days of receipt. 

  • To start a return or replacement, you can contact us on +91 8109615967 or and we’ll initiate a pick up through our courier partner.

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and if approved, you will receive full refund and it will be credited to your source of payment at the time of placing order. Please remember it might take up to 7 days for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.

  • If the order was placed on Cash on Delivery, will refund amount through a cheque in favors of the “billing name” provided at the time of placing the order.
